Reserve your space in “The Power of Pause” – Introduction to Mindfulness Online Course for busy women!
Are you feeling overwhelmed and weighed down and craving some balance and inward focus in your daily routine?
You may have heard that mindfulness meditation can be a powerful antidote for feelings of stress and overwhelm. Recent studies have linked mindfulness meditation practices to increased focus and lower stress levels, among other benefits.
Mindfulness is an especially powerful self-care tool for women, one that can build a strong foundation for sustainable success and greater stability and balance in all areas of life.
There’s just one problem:
When you’re overwhelmed, starting a meditation practice can feel like one more task to add to an already stressful to-do list. And that means many of us never start cultivating a mindfulness practice that would help us feel better.
I know what it’s like to want more clarity, groundedness, and calm in your life while simultaneously feeling like you don’t have time to get it.
This is why I have created a mindfulness meditation course specifically for busy women.
The class series combines ancient wisdom with modern science to make a meaningful impact in the lives of busy women (without a major time commitment).
This program is a beautifully simple introduction to mindfulness methods and techniques.
Each class will offer a simple guided mindfulness meditation as well as powerful mindfulness practices you can bring into your daily life.
This course is a good fit for you if:
- You feel time rushing by and want to focus on what matters most
- You feel like something is missing or that you are operating on autopilot and not fully inhabiting your own life
- You feel overwhelmed, stuck, and weighted down
- Your mind is often racing with worry and you find it hard to focus
During this month long course, you will learn:
- How to focus, decrease mental clutter and move past feelings of overwhelm
- How to effectively practice emotional regulation to create a foundation of stability and calm
- How to recognize and let go of unhelpful habitual thoughts and negative thinking patterns
- How to cultivate joy and self-compassion for lasting resilience to the ups and downs of life
When you finish this course, you will have an effective mindfulness toolkit to draw from as well as a simple approach to bringing a mindfulness meditation practice into your life.
This is a mindfulness course created specifically for busy women who are ready to gain more focus and stability, so you will join a group of other women just like you.
How It Works:
-A month long journey with a new module each week.
-A live 40 minute call with Heidi each week. This isn’t one of those programs where all the material is pre-recorded. I’m live every Wednesday for a call that includes new techniques, a simple guided meditation, and home-practices that allow you to apply what you learn to your life. You can participate live on our calls, or listen to the recordings later at your convenience.
-Customized home-practices, reminders, and sources of accountability to help you easily put new ways of living into practice — even in the midst of a hectic schedule.
–Personalized attention, with unlimited Q&A via email for the entire month. This course is designed this way to make sure that every participant receives personal attention so that each participant gains as much as possible from the course.
-When: This month long program runs from February 7th to February 28th. We meet live on Wednesdays for 40 minutes from 12:00p.m. – 12:40p.m. PST-US (3:00p.m. EST-US).
-Where: For each session, simply find a quiet place where you can tune into the call each week. The dial in information for each call will be emailed to participants in advance of each session. If you miss a session, no problem. Recordings of the class will be emailed to participants 24 hours after each class, so you won’t miss a thing.
Registration will open in January! This program will be open to a limited number of participants in order to ensure that every participant receives personal attention.
Praise for “The Power of Pause” Course:
“This course helped me prioritize and make time for a mindfulness practice–something I know is important but that I, as a busy working mom, too often sacrifice for other responsibilities. Heidi’s teaching made mindfulness feel very accessible and her practical exercises were easy to integrate into my life.”
— Katie, Full-Time Working Mom of Two, Education Professional
“After becoming a new mom, I felt like I was constantly rushing from one thing to another and wasn’t really enjoying my daily life. At work, I felt inadequate. At home, I felt distracted. With myself, I felt disappointed. Heidi really helped me break out of those mindsets and reclaim joy and satisfaction in my life. I really appreciated her pragmatic and unassuming style.
— April, Full-Time Working Mom of One, Human Resources Professional
