The Fall class series meets for 6 weeks from 10/17 to 11/21 every Tuesday via Zoom. Classes are 30 minutes long and are held from 12:30 to 1:00 pm PST. Purchase a session pass to join the classes from the comfort of your home or office.
Each class will include a guided meditation followed by simple suggestions for bringing mindfulness into your life each week, even in the midst of a busy schedule.
