Are you feeling overwhelmed and unfocused and craving some balance and inward focus in your daily routine?
You may have heard that mindfulness meditation can be a powerful antidote for feelings of stress and overwhelm. Recent studies have linked mindfulness meditation practices to increased focus and lower stress levels, among other benefits.
Mindfulness is an especially powerful self-care tool for women, one that can build a strong foundation for sustainable success and greater stability and balance in all areas of life.
There’s just one problem:
When you’re overwhelmed, starting a meditation practice can feel like one more task to add to an already stressful to-do list. And that means many of us never start cultivating a mindfulness practice that would help us feel better.
I know what it’s like to want more clarity, groundedness, and calm in your life while simultaneously feeling like you don’t have time to get it.
This is why I have created a mindfulness meditation course specifically for busy women.
This course is a beautifully simple introduction to mindfulness methods and techniques.
This course is based on the research-backed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training, and combines ancient wisdom with modern science to make a meaningful impact in the lives of busy women.
During this month long course, you will learn:
- How to focus, decrease mental clutter and move past feelings of overwhelm
- How to effectively practice emotional regulation to create a foundation of stability and calm
- How to recognize and let go of unhelpful habitual thoughts and negative thinking patterns
- How to cultivate lasting resilience to stress and the ups and downs of life
When you finish this course, you will have an effective mindfulness toolkit to draw from as well as a simple approach to bringing a mindfulness meditation practice into your life.
This is a mindfulness course created specifically for busy women who are ready to gain more focus and stability, so you will join a group of other women just like you.
How It Works:
-A month long journey with a new module each week.
-A Live 2-hour class with Heidi each week. Each session includes new techniques, a simple guided meditation, and powerful mindfulness practices that allow you to apply what you learn to your life.

Praise for ‘Simply Mindfulness: Introduction to Mindfulness as Intentional Self Care Course’:
“This course helped me prioritize and make time for a mindfulness practice–something I know is important but that I too often sacrifice for other responsibilities. Heidi’s teaching made mindfulness feel very accessible and her practical exercises were easy to integrate into my life.”
— Katie, Education Professional
“After becoming a new mom, I felt like I was constantly rushing from one thing to another and wasn’t really enjoying my daily life. At work, I felt inadequate. At home, I felt distracted. With myself, I felt disappointed. Heidi really helped me break out of those mindsets and reclaim joy and satisfaction in my life. I really appreciated her pragmatic and unassuming style.
— April, Full-Time Working Mom of One, Human Resources Professional
