I am creating a Pocket Mentor Guide for creative women that will offer essential well-being guidance and tools for women taking big leaps in life and career.
This guide will highlight creative women leaders and entrepreneurs and their go-to self-care habits, contemplative practices, morning and evening rituals – that they personally use for well-being, resilience and personal creativity as they leap and flourish in their lives and careers.
For me, it’s imperative that women’s creative gifts and ideas, be brought forward into the world. To do this, I believe it’s time for women’s self-efficacy and wellbeing to take center stage.
As women leaders and entrepreneurs we get a lot of advice on negotiating, speaking up, asking for start-up financing and salary raises – but there is not any guidance out there for the self-care habits, mindsets and well-being practices that build a strong foundation for the stability, well-being and resilience needed to sustainably grow and lead as creative women.
This book will offer essential guidance and hard-won wisdom to mentor an up-and-coming group of women leaders and entrepreneurs on key well-being practices and strategies for a sustainable and vibrant life and career.
