Mindful Mindset Coaching for Women
I offer one-to-one Mindful Mindset Coaching for professional and entrepreneurial women across the lifespan – including new college grads, working mothers, and women leaders at any stage of life – who want to create vibrant careers and lives.
Via mindfulness methods we work to move past the overwhelm in order to cultivate emotional stability and resilience, tune into your emotional intelligence and personal creativity, gain more self-awareness and clarity and ultimately build a strong foundation for sustainable success.
In these sessions, I offer time tested and research-backed methods and techniques. We will work together to clarify and develop your personal mindfulness practice and focus on how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
My coaching style is approachable, concise, and practical. My goal is to demystify mindfulness and to offer simple techniques in an accessible manner.
I work with individuals who:
-Want to connect to their inner resources and sources of strength in order to hone their unique skills for well-being and thriving
-Want to start something new, follow a different path, or take a big leap in life and/or career (for example switch careers, start a new business, leave a job)
-Want to shift their current mindset and perspectives
-Feel overwhelmed, stuck, and weighed down
-Are facing worry and anxiety and find it hard to focus
-Are dealing with critical thoughts and negative self-talk
-Are feeling like something is missing and that they are not fully inhabiting their own life
How I coach:
My professional practice is mindfulness-based, so my coaching process has an emphasis on the present moment, cultivating self-awareness, and defining your intentions. My role is to provide you with tools to increase awareness, self-knowledge, and skillfulness in handling the changes or transitions you are experiencing in your life.
During these sessions I help you uncover what’s important to you and support you in living in alignment with your intentions.
A regular, sustained practice will bear the most fruit, so I ask that my students dedicate themselves to three months of practice and coaching. I offer a six series coaching package, where we meet online (via Skype or Zoom) for 45 minutes every other week.
