Private Mindfulness-Based Coaching Sessions
I offer Private Mindfulness-Based Coaching Sessions, with research-backed tools and techniques, for Women who are:
-Stepping into uncertainty and change in their lives and/ or career
-Starting something new or taking a big leap in life and/or career (for example you may be switching careers, starting a new business, leaving a job, or becoming a mother)
-Dealing with critical thoughts and negative self-talk
-Feeling anxious, stressed and overwhelmed
How I coach…
My professional practice is mindfulness-based, so my coaching process has an emphasis on the present moment, cultivating awareness, and defining your intentions. My role is to provide you with tools to increase awareness, self-knowledge and skillfulness in handling the change or transition you are experienced in your life.
During these sessions we use mindfulness practices to help you awaken personal intuition, to flourish in the midst of uncertainty and change, and to build lasting resilience, adaptability and grit.
My primary intention is to help you step fully into your vision for this new life and/or career and to flourish in the midst of change and uncertainty.
